Personal Pick Up from Maddington, WA is available for the majority of our products.
We DO have a showroom, however it may not always have your requested item on the shelf so it's best to call first and check!
Express Post Bags may be offered at the checkout.

Editing orders is difficult and effects our automated process. An Admin fee of $10 will apply if you require two orders combined. If your first order is still at -Pending Stage- you may phone and cancel any order and re-submit a full order. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.
We do not deliver to any other countries. We are unable to respond to international emails.
The cost of postage/delivery will be calculated at the checkout for your convenience.
Where a product develops a fault, Manufacturers warranty applies to most items. The period or warranty can vary, however as a general rule it is 12 month on most products. Please keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase date. In many cases the service centre details will be attached to your product, however in the event this is not the case, please email for details within the warranty period.
If a product has been ordered, and dispatched, and the customer wishes to return the product due to Change of Mind, we may offer to accept some items back, but a restocking fee of 10-20% will apply or a store credit offered. We advise customers to make sure the product they are ordering is what they want, prior to placing an order. We offer email answers to any questions that the product description or photo does not cover.
We will NOT accept returns for any items dispatched more than 30 days ago.
You Pay: Just like purchasing from a shop, the customer is required to return goods to the retailer. This is the same with our online shop. If the product has a manufacturing fault, or develops a fault covered by warranty, the customer is required to return the item to us or direct to the manufacturer. We will pay for the delivery of the replacement.
If the product was damaged during transport and you 'declined the offer of insurance' at the Checkout , you must deal with Australia Post, or the Courier Company yourself.
We Pay: If an incorrect product was supplied we will cover all freight costs. If the product was damaged during transport, and was insured, we will cover freight costs. A 48 hour limit is imposed by the freight company to make an insurance claim.
